Description
This is my very first example for this type of Roman officers 100% linen tunic with wine colored clavi that are outlined in gold, with gold also being used on the sleeves chest. This 100% made in America and sewn by a master seamstress, so the quality of the fabric and the sewing skill cannot be matched by cheap Indian made tunics if any of you know how to tell or what the difference is. The combination of the fine sewing detail and the historically accurate 100% linen is meant for a high ranking Roman officer of the Senatorial or Equestrian class. It would be befitting for a Legate, Consul, Pro Consul, Praetorian, Prefect, Tribune , Roman Governor (Pontius Pilot), Magistrate or even a high ranking Centurion like a Primus Pilus. It is the first of it's kind and I only this one in stock.
