Unless otherwise specified, mannequins, shoe trees, and other items intended for display and presentation are not included in the sale.  Electronics are USA oriented, and operate on DC or 120v AC only; buyers or users outside US please be aware that an adapter (not included) may be needed to operate electronics in your area.  Textiles and kitchenware items are clean, and from my own smoke-free home.
Terms of Sale:
Payment - I only accept eBay’s internal payment system as a form of payment. Payment must be received within 4 days after purchase. If payment is not sent within that time, eBay automatically opens an Unpaid Item Case.  If payment is still not sent, eBay records the failure to pay in the buyer’s permanent record, and item is re-listed or re-sold.
Shipping – Items typically ship within 1-2 business days upon receipt of payment. Buyer is responsible to pay shipping/handling costs and insurance. I only ship with PayPal verified and confirmed address. Your eBay and PayPal addresses have to be the same otherwise it may delay the shipping. Unless otherwise stated in the listing, or unless negotiated and agreed in advance through eBay’s messaging system using the "Question about how to use item" selection, items may be shipped in their original market packaging without any additional wrapping or boxing.  I will combine shipping upon request, when possible, for purchases made within the same hour.  With prior arrangements, I will also provide for local pick up, zip 78660.
US Shipping – USPS preferred. Other package carriers may be used depending on the cost, size and weight of the item.
International Shipping – I use eBay Global Shipping Program for all international buyers in order to be protected by PayPal's seller protection. This is the only shipping method provided by USPS for international package that offers tracking information. Import duties, taxes and charges are not included in the item price or shipping charges. “Free Shipping”, or any shipping costs quoted on the listing page, only refer to shipment as far as eBay’s Global Shipping Program centralized facility located within the continental U.S. Shipping costs beyond this are not seller’s responsibility.  These charges are the buyer’s responsibility. Please check with your country’s customs office to determine what these additional costs will be prior to bidding or buying. Delivery of international shipment items may also be delayed by customs due to some restrictions or policies in that country.
