    Easy to Use (Step by Step Guide):
    1.Use Pipette to get a few drops of liquid to test
    2.Open Daylight Plate
    3.Squeeze Pipette to release a few drops onto prism (window where plate was just opened)
    4.Close Daylight Plate
    5.Look into Eyepiece and aim Refractometer to light
    6.Adjust focus if required (to make reading clearer)
    7.A blue line will indicate the Brix/Sugar Level of liquid
    8.Wipe prism and Daylight Plate clean (with damp cloth) and rinse Pipette
